Emmett's got a teeny little tooth! Or the very beginning of one anyway. There's a little white dot poking up through his bottom gums. I think it came up sometime in the last couple days, but I only noticed it today. Too small to get a picture of yet. Plus when you try to look at it, Emmett sticks out his tongue :)
The weather has been so nice! Yesterday it was 72, and today was 80 I think. (Tomorrow the high's supposed to be 49, but we won't think about that right now.) So last night, we took dinner outside and had a picnic on the lawn.
There's nothin' like trying to get that boy to look at the camera when he doesn't want to. But it was great, and Emmett definitely enjoyed himself. Sticks and passing cars = the zenith of entertainment.
Woow, Emmett is really growing up--looks much more mature! Marvin and I had a family orchard and had a lot of fruit trees on 2 acres! (We owned 3.96 acres) Kept us very busy--tried to grow veggies and had some success but the gophers had their share! But lots of fruit! Hope it happens when you can do it! Love, G'ma Mc
ReplyDeleteHe is! He looks more and more like boy and less like baby everyday. Chad says he remembers that orchard :) Sorry about the gophers! Bummer :/ And thanks! It's so hard to wait, but it's definitely going to take a while to get there.
